A few posts below this one I said the New Orleanians had better get concerned if our government began calling them "insurgents." I was joking.

Little did I know the term had already been applied to them earlier in the week by the U.S. Army. As a Waylon Jennings song once said, "This is gettin' funny, but there ain't nobody laughin'."
