'Virginity Sucks'

Ever since Bill Clinton popularized the concept that oral sex does not constitute having "sexual relations" as in "I did not have sexual relations with that woman ... Miss Lewinsky," this billboard campaign idea has been germinating in my fertile mind. It will be called "Virginity Sucks" and I expect it to catch on quickly once the billboards are ... ahem ... erected throughout the country. I think this is a much more practical campaign compared to the ones I saw while driving through Longview, Texas, yesterday.
