US must spend ‘billions’, retool Iraq strategy to win

Headline has an error. The U.S. must first "borrow" billions, then spend it. I really feel sorry for the children being born into America today. Maybe eventually most of them can emigrate somewhere else. This will soon have become a place where the living will envy the dead.
