Open meetings are sacrosanct everywhere but Washington, D.C.

Don't know about Noll, but Moore ought to enlist the
White House in his defense. The U.S. government now
operates in total secrecy and gets away with it.

For instance, we still don't know, with respect to the
Energy Task Force, who was meeting with Cheney and
what they were discussing in early 2001, although a
pretty good guess would be they were discussing how to
divide up the spoils after the Iraqi invasion they
were planning for two years later. Unfortunately, the
spoils are still up for grabs even two years after the
invasion.

The U.S. Supreme Court recently upheld Cheney's right
to keep everything secret. Moore just has to figure
out some way to get New Diana board meetings
classified as being related to "national security."
