I was just reading the article below and noticed his reference to "pantywaist" comments.

What does that mean exactly? Is he saying that people who wear panties are not as forceful or articulate as they should be? What would one have to do with the other?

How about "pantyhose"? Can people in Dobson's world wear pantyhose and still comment appropriately?
