Gringos are not very well liked south of the border these days. I doubt if we ever have been. How are they going to hate us when Latinos become the majority here? I really think this is the reason all the elections from now on are going to be rigged using privately-owned GOP source code to tabulate the votes. The white men will never stand for an honest election in a country which has a majority of nonwhites.

I don't know as much as I probaly should about Chavez. But he sounds a bit scary, and unfortunately I think his opinion of the U.S. and our president, are more popular than a lot of people would like to admit. Basically, yea, a lot of Hispanics probally do hate "gringos" and all the other defacto "would-be-gringos" who've treated them so badly over the years. And it's really a shame, given the fact that all most of them want is a job and the opportunity to provide a better way of life for their families. Unfortunately, the country built by immigrants doesn't want any more, and could basically care less about them. Which is obvious when you consider the first two comments I read. I could care less about "diet products" and "cartoon animals"? Do we really have to add stupidity to the list of reasons Hispanics have to hate us?
