It may be happening even today. This was one of my main reasons in opposition to the so-called "Global War on Terror," which was based on the "false flag" of 9/11 and was designed to control through imperial armed force the resources of the Middle East.

It had to go EXACTLY according to plan or this was always going to be the end result, financial Armageddon for the so-called "West," which really only comprises three countries at this point—the United States and the United Kingdom along with their tiny client-state (armed with at least 300 blackmail-inducing nukes) on the Mediterranean, Israel.
