I don't know what her problem is with Hugo, but Condoleezza Rice's anti-Russian stance is based on sexual problems according to the famed "ultranationalist" Russian legislator.

You know, I just noticed something in that photo. Hugo has a gap between his teeth just like Condi does. They may just hit it off, after all.
