Low-Salt Diet May Harm Heart, Study Says

This, added to the earlier study about the health benefits of drinking coffee, is really good news for me. I think it is almost impossible to consume fewer than 2,400 milligrams of salt a day. Just look at how much salt is in every packaged product you buy. You'd have to shop exclusively at Whole Foods (nearest one to me is 120 miles away) to even have a shot.
